In this key role, you will manage the full device lifecycle, ensuring that laptops, tablets, and phones are processed efficiently. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics, opening service tickets, and facilitating logistics between offices. Your attention to detail and customer service expertise will directly impact the accuracy of our asset data and repair journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage device check-ins, service tickets, and communications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues on devices

• Coordinate transfers, shipments, and logistics activities

• Update asset management systems with lifecycle information

• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient hardware repairs

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a Customer Service role

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite

• Knowledge of device repairs and logistics

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
