Lead Configuration Management

Become the Configuration Management Lead at Babcock Canada in Halifax, NS, overseeing the management of essential data and problem resolutions. Drive improvements in the configuration management process and ensure compliance with customer obligations.

In this permanent role, you will take charge of the configuration-management infrastructure for a major program. Your experience in data management and configuration processes, especially within a Naval or Aerospace environment, will be vital. You’ll lead a team in identifying risks and implementing process enhancements, all while ensuring effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the configuration management infrastructure for customer obligations

• Resolve data management issues in the PDM Vault

• Provide KPIs and status reports using Corporate Governance Risk tool

• Propose enhancements to problem reporting systems

• Lead efforts to close configuration process gaps

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a technical field

• 4+ years in configuration or information management

• Experience with formal configuration standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
