Lead Payscale's security initiatives as the Director of Security Engineering & Operations. Oversee security architecture, teamwork, and incident response in a fully remote environment.

As the Director of Security Engineering & Operations, you will drive the strategy and leadership for security r role involves managing the team and being hands-on in security practices, including architecture, security automation, and incident management. You’ll ensure effective threat detection, vulnerability management, and integration of security within the cloud and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and mentor security engineering and operations teams

• Develop strategic objectives and measurable roadmaps

• Ensure effective incident response and architecture involvement

• Reinforce security automation and tooling management

• Lead the threat detection and incident command

Requirements:

• 10+ years in information security, with 4+ in management

• Proven track record in people management and team development

• Hands-on expertise in security controls and detection

• Experience with Crowd Strike and cloud security strategies

• Strong scripting knowledge for automation practices
