Even Up is seeking a Staff Revenue Operations Manager with expertise in Salesforce and GTM systems. This pivotal role focuses on owning the technical aspects of our Salesforce platform and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to streamline operations. You will prioritize projects, develop roadmaps, and lead initiatives that enhance business efficiency and improve user outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve Salesforce platform architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system solutions
• Develop roadmaps and prioritize business requests
• Lead complex initiatives and solution designs
• Establish best practices for data quality and automation
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Salesforce or GTM systems design
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce features and architecture
• Proven experience in building scalable solutions
