Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT readiness for site launch and connectivity validation

• Assist with user acceptance testing and go-live execution

• Provide on-site support during launch and post-launch

• Install and configure end-user warehouse IT equipment

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of IT support experience in logistics or industrial environments

• Expertise in Windows-based systems and Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse technology

• Familiar with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN)

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
