Services Technical Consultant

About the Opportunity

The Technical Services team guides clients through the lifecycle of delivering third‑party flat file integrations as part of an overall Dayforce HCM implementation.

As a Technical Consultant you will collaborate across a pod of consultants supporting implementation projects across North America, coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to achieve successful go‑live experiences.

• Provide consulting services to clients.
• Translate client requirements into flat file requirements.
• Meet with offshore teams to review mapping documents for file development.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver export files.
• Identify and communicate project risks.
• Analyze export files, research issues, and determine appropriate actions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of export files throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management consulting.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and working sessions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in business language.
• Understanding of common HCM business practices.

• Experience with SaaS or cloud‑based software solutions, including HRIS systems.
• Working knowledge of payroll contribution, benefits eligibility, and HR export files.
• Ability to read technical vendor specifications and analyze vendor feedback.
