In this operational role, you'll support Gallagher’s observability program, focusing on user experience through detailed monitoring. Your responsibilities will encompass deploying and tuning Aternity solutions across a variety of environments, including DaaS and Azure Virtual Desktop. Effective documentation and proactive tuning of alerts will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy Aternity agents on various endpoints and platforms
• Configure operational dashboards with accurate thresholds
• Tune signals to minimize false positive alerts
• Integrate Aternity with Service Now for incident workflows
• Analyze end-user data to provide meaningful insights
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in observability or IT monitoring
• Strong experience with Riverbed Aternity
• Understanding of Windows 10/11 and VDI environments
• Proven ability to document operational procedures
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting capabilities
