About Our Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics and Insights, you will take a lead role in the development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support evidence-based decision-making across the Department. Working closely with program areas, stakeholders, technical staff, and senior analysts, you will develop reporting products that transform complex data into accessible insights and meaningful information.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing dashboard development throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support. You will work directly with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, develop analytical solutions, and present findings to audiences including executive leadership.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of team governance practices, documentation standards, code management processes, and reporting procedures that support the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of the Department's analytics services.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in data analytics, data visualization, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and performance measurement while working on projects that support programs and services across the Department.
