GFT collaborates with partners company-wide to deliver innovative IT solutions to clients across Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management. We lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.

Job Description
This Senior Project Manager role will drive the delivery of projects and System Change Requests / enhancements for Procurement App Dev initiatives.

The role requires experience in the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, navigation of stakeholder relationships at all levels, and rigor in project health reporting across this portfolio of work.

What will you do?

Leverage AI tools (Helios, RBC Copilot) to accelerate delivery of SCRs / Enhancements and small to medium projects supporting Procurement applications (coupa/concur/ect.).

Drive the project through the end-to-end AI DLC in adherence to the Enterprise Project Management Framework and Agile Management Framework, leveraging AI-enabled project management tools, processes and best practices.

Drive rigor and simplicity in project health routines, ensuring status reports are up-to-date and accurate including financials, issues, risks and key decisions.

Collaborate within the PMO team, HR PMO, EPMO, Project Risk Governance and cross-enterprise stakeholders to evolve standard project management tools, templates and practices/routines (i.e., project/portfolio reporting).

What do you need to succeed?
Must Have

Minimum of 3 years as a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master, planning and executing low to medium complexity technology projects/programs.

Highly proficient in project scheduling, risk-based planning, scope change management, budgeting and cost management, relationship management, resource leveling, risk management, conflict resolution; uses LLMs to draft plans, status, and RAID logs; prompts for scenario and capacity planning.

Creating AI artifacts, plans and reports; estimating AI-accelerated velocity and validation effort.

Lead KPI/success metric creation, tracking, reporting, trend analysis, issues resolution and escalation.

Excellent communication skills and executive presence to deliver impactful stories that resonate with and engage stakeholders at all levels, articulating project/portfolio health and financial performance to senior leaders, surfacing risks/issues requiring leadership attention.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies driving application development initiatives; experience in SDLC.

Strong attention to detail and business acumen/organizational awareness, project governance, costing and contract negotiation.

Advanced skills in standard project management tools: MS Project, Planview SaaS, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

Domain experience in procurement app/dev and/or working with vendors in this area.

Project Management/Scrum Master certificate/training.

Previous experience delivering large Workday, SAP HR programs/initiatives.

Knowledge of HR, incentive compensation management and related technologies.

Process automation experience and awareness of AI capabilities for project management activities/tasks.

Familiarity with SAFe Agile practices and methodology.

Experience in HR system delivery.

Workforce Strategy or Organizational Behavior experience.
