Enhance end user technology at Mackenzie Investments as a full-time Senior End User Engineer. Your focus on platform governance and operational excellence will support business operations in a hybrid model.
As part of IGM Financial Inc., you will be responsible for leading the end user infrastructure initiatives at Mackenzie Investments. This role involves deep technical expertise to support significant platforms, ensuring reliability and compliance across multiple teams in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the lead for end user workspace management and security controls
• Resolve high-impact technology issues through collaboration
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune and JAMF for device management
• Drive the Microsoft 365 platform roadmap and feature adoption
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Extensive deployment experience with Windows 10/11
• Proficient in managing Microsoft Intune and endpoint security
• Deep knowledge of Citrix environments and their operation
• Skilled in operational ownership and team collaboration
• Post-secondary education in Technology or related fields
