Key Responsibilities:
• Establish frameworks for successful delivery in managed services
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams
• Define automation capabilities for cloud deployments
• Provide operational leadership ensuring high SaaS availability
• Lead the Deployment Automation Engineering team
Requirements:
• 7+ years in cloud operations leadership
• 5+ years of ITSM framework experience
• Solid background with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in managing cloud operational growth
