Lead Implementation Specialist at Versaterm

In this role, you'll independently manage full-cycle deployments of Versaterm’s public safety software. Your responsibilities include scoping, configuration, testing, and training while also mentoring junior team members. You'll become a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring projects stay on track and meet their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects

• Assess client requirements and develop tailored solutions

• Define implementation plans to ensure timely delivery

• Facilitate training and client meetings on technical concepts

• Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field

• 3-5+ years in technical client-facing roles

• Experience in public safety or enterprise SaaS preferred

• Strong project management and facilitation skills

• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance
