In this pivotal role reporting to the Vice President & Controller, you’ll manage IT resources and uphold the highest standards of security and system efficiency for the restaurant group. Your experience in IT systems management positions you to influence operational excellence and strive for exceptional guest experiences with every service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct IT support for restaurant locations and head office
• Implement disaster recovery and security plans
• Manage networking infrastructure and remote access
• Oversee software applications including POS and inventory systems
• Conduct regular health checks and system audits
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong understanding of restaurant technology environments
• Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or related fields preferred
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Ensure robust IT management for luxury dining experiences, creating memorable moments for guests while implementing innovative technologies.
