Elevate customer journeys as the Enterprise Engagement Manager at Ashby, focused on professional services. This role combines pre-sales and post-sales engagement to drive long-term success.
In this cross-functional position, you will partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to design effective implementation strategies. Your expertise in Enterprise SaaS will help shape and scoping professional service engagements, ensuring customer expectations align with delivery outcomes. Through strategic implementation and value realization, you will create a significant impact in the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as trusted advisor for prospective customer needs
• Collaborate with teams to scope complex implementation opportunities
• Create and execute Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with best practices
• Participate in effective sales handoffs to post-sales teams
• Identify patterns to refine sales motions and GTM strategies
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS or management consulting
• Strong diagnosis of business processes and solutions
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder deals
• Excellent communication and executive influence skills
• Proven ability to balance customer and business needs
