Elevate software delivery protocols at Monster Energy as Director of Software Delivery Assurance. Spearhead business analysis and quality engineering efforts for enterprise technology projects.
In this significant role, you'll lead a cross-functional team to ensure software initiatives progress through rigorous testing, quality assurance, and deployment readiness. You'll focus on maintaining high standards for requirements, integrating change management considerations, and communication strategies for successful project execution. Ensuring solutions are operationally ready is your primary goal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define entry and exit criteria for various testing phases
• Develop key project indicators for quality assurance
• Establish standardized release readiness frameworks
• Facilitate release planning and readiness reviews
• Collaborate with Delivery teams for alignment on schedules
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area
• Over 7 years in enterprise delivery functions
• 5+ years managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Understanding of SOX-controlled systems
Lead exceptional software delivery efforts, driving quality assurance at Monster Energy.
