As part of the Technology & BI Department, you'll report to the IT Supervisor, collaborating with various mine departments.
Your role involves developing solutions for technical issues, maintaining documentation, and overseeing IT projects, ensuring a significant impact on operational efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical and global issues through tailored solutions
• Maintain network diagrams and departmental documentation
• Oversee IT projects and coordinate with stakeholders
• Provide advanced support across multiple technologies
• Ensure network security across site infrastructure
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong problem identification and solution proposal abilities
• Mastery of MS Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, and VoIP technology
• Good knowledge of storage area networks and RF systems
• Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations
