Data Analyst Role at OSD

This permanent role reports to the Director of Data Analytics and Insights. You will manage the entire dashboard lifecycle, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to improving data-driven decision-making across various departmental programs. Collaboration is key as you transform complex data into accessible insights for management and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements

• Lead testing and ongoing maintenance for accuracy

• Prepare and present findings to diverse audiences

• Support troubleshooting and improvements in report processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or related field

• Experience in Power BI and SQL a must

• Ability to interpret business reporting needs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
