We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Solution Engineer with strong CI/CD, pipeline troubleshooting, and Dev Ops automation expertise. The ideal candidate is experienced with Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes, and can confidently support migration and integration initiatives. You are a problem solver, strong communicator, and trusted technical partner for application teams.

* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Halifax, ON is CAD $85K - CAD $95K/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
Support app teams to migrate from Jenkins, RLM or manual deployment to Git Hub Actions.
Troubleshoot and resolve Dev Ops‑related issues.
Create and debug CI/CD pipeline stages and workflows.
Implement automation/configurations for successful integration.
Write POM and Settings from scratch and work with various code bases.
Set up Git Hub Actions workflows, execution, and runners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Diploma in IT with equivalent experience.
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience creating and debugging pipeline stages.
Strong understanding of build systems and project types (Maven, NPM, PyPi, .NET, MSBuild).
Ability to write POM and Settings files from scratch.
Git Hub Actions workflows, execution, and runners.
Experience with tools:
Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Ops, Artifactory, Sonar Qube, Terraform, UCD, Ansible.
Troubleshooting Jenkins failures and configuration issues.
Sonar Qube configuration and usage.
CD tools like Terraform, UCD.
Ansible for configuration and deployment.
Docker and containerization (Dockerfiles, commands).
Preferred skills:
CI/CD experience with NPM or Nu Get
Agile tools (JIRA, Service Now)
Scripting experience (Groovy, Shell, Python)
