As a Support Engineer at PolyAI, you will play a key role in our client support team. You'll handle incoming feature requests and assist clients with our AI Builder tools. This position requires empathy and precision to ensure the best possible service and outcomes for our global partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage support ticket life cycles efficiently
• Determine which feature requests should go to engineering
• Utilize AI tools to address customer support inquiries
• Analyze calls for fault investigation and resolution
• Work with teams to identify upselling opportunities for clients
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Support or Analyst role
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshdesk or Salesforce
• Strong command of English with excellent report-writing skills
• Capability to interpret technical logs
• Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks
