NTT DATA seeks a Mainframe Architect with over eight years of experience in key mainframe technologies. This full-time onsite role involves setting technical standards, leading initiatives, and mentoring engineers. You will play a crucial role in assessing current platforms and driving innovative solutions to meet client needs while facilitating collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture solutions for large-scale data systems
• Communicate and implement technical standards company-wide
• Mentor junior and senior engineers in skill development
• Analyze current systems to propose enhancement actions
• Collaborate for improved operational processes and client service
Requirements:
• 8+ years of COBOL, JCL, DB2 expertise
• 5+ years knowledge of CICS systems advantageous
• Understanding of brokerage or finance domains beneficial
• Experience with high-availability data-driven systems
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
