Rcs Construction Company seeks an IT Service Desk Technician to join its Information Technology team in Bedford. This full-time role requires candidates with a technical support background to handle various IT challenges. Responsibilities involve troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues and providing hands-on support for equipment setup.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional IT support for employees
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed
• Document all support activities and resolutions
• Assist with workstation deployments and device setup
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in IT or a related area
• 1-2 years of help desk or desktop support experience
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and user administration
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical details effectively
