As part of the Managed Services team, your expertise will be essential in supporting IT infrastructures across server, network, and cloud platforms. Ideal candidates have three years of service desk experience and are committed to solving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer monitoring alerts and user-reported issues
• Validate issue priority and service schedules with customers
• Accurately document incidents in our ticketing system
• Serve as an escalation point for technical inquiries
• Conduct troubleshooting for server, hardware, and network issues
Requirements:
• At least three years of IT support experience
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of operating systems and applications
• Proven ability in diagnostic troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
