As a QA Engineer, you’ll leverage over 3 years of experience to support rigorous testing processes for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations. This role emphasizes validation of customer journeys and integrations while ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust marketing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate SFMC solutions across various studios
• Conduct end-to-end and system integration testing
• Maintain requirement-to-test-case traceability
• Support UAT and prepare test execution reports
• Identify and document defects effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in QA with expertise in SFMC
• Understanding of SQL and AMPscript testing
• Experience with integration testing and APIs
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
