Take your technical support expertise to the next level as a Service Desk Analyst in a leading IT solutions company, focusing on incident management and service quality.
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support their growing team at a dynamic Information Technology services company. You will manage incidents end-to-end, utilize your troubleshooting skills, and contribute to service consistency through knowledge base documentation. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying areas for efficiency improvement and reducing escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incidents and service requests from initiation to resolution
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium complexity IT issues
• Monitor signals and respond to incidents proactively
• Manage ticket queue and adherence to SLAs
• Support communication and coordination in incident management
Requirements:
• Experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 Service Desk roles
• Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
• Capacity to resolve issues independently
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and willingness to work weekends
