Salary range: $67,577.48 - $81,994.04 annually

• The minimum educational qualification for this position is a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Systems/Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Possessing one or more of the following certifications would be considered an asset:
  Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Version /4/5, Microsoft Fundamentals in Azure/365 and/or Network+, or A+.

• This is an entry-level position. We welcome applications from recent graduates.

• Experience in customer service and satisfaction related field.

• Experience with mobile phones and computing devices.

• Experience in the administration and troubleshooting of virtual operating systems and infrastructure for desktop and server environments.

• One year of experience in planning, testing, troubleshooting stand-alone and networked (wired and wireless) computer systems or recognized equivalencies, would be considered an asset.

• You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Office 365, Windows, Robopack, Azure, Mac and PC platforms, basic networking and troubleshooting (Active Directory, TCP/IP), hardware repair and troubleshooting.

• You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work.

• Experience in training/facilitation preparation, delivery, and evaluation would be considered an asset.

• Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• You have specific technical occupational knowledge and skill in: the ability to plan, test, troubleshoot stand-alone and networked (wired and wireless) computer systems; IT and classroom technologies and AV systems such as data projectors, displays, web conferencing; PC, Mac and Server hardware, operating systems and applications; learning new technical and digital systems independently; spec and price hardware and software system requirements for multimedia systems;
  
  coordinating with hardware and software companies and internal procurement for purchase of labs/suites/systems for various multimedia systems.

• You possess strong problem solving, organization and multi-tasking skills.

• You have strong project management skills so that you can independently manage maintenance and updating of hardware and software while supporting end users technical support.

• You demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in communications within a team, customer service and ensuring fully functional labs and systems.

• You are dedicated to life-long learning; technologies change constantly in our programs and the incumbent must be committed to keeping up-to-date with new versions of software and hardware, and emerging technologies and software.
