Lead digitization initiatives in manufacturing as a Digital Manufacturing Program Manager age with teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes in a regulated environment.
Cognizant is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Program Manager, combining the roles of Release Train Engineer and Project Manager. This strategic position oversees the GMSx Manufacturing Workstream, ensuring integrated planning, execution, and delivery of critical capabilities. Ideal candidates will excel in managing complex programs while facilitating agile planning, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage integrated workstream plans and release roadmaps
• Facilitate cross-team agile planning and ceremonies
• Coordinate across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams
• Oversee MES implementation at the Kalamazoo site
• Drive visibility and resolve delivery risks
Requirements:
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or biotech
• Strong background as a Release Train Engineer or Program Manager
• Proven success in manufacturing digitalization and MES projects
• Familiarity with GMP and data integrity
• Strong communication and executive reporting skills
