Join our team as an experienced Observability Engineer, responsible for enterprise-level monitoring across 50+ production Kubernetes clusters in a dynamic financial services setting. Utilize advanced tools like Prometheus and Grafana to enhance observability.
We seek a strong candidate with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Grafana, and metrics management. You will lead initiatives in logging, tracing, and alerting, while managing Service Monitors and Pod Monitors. Your expertise in Git Ops, Infrastructure as Code, and multi-cluster setups is essential for optimizing our observability strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage metrics, alerting, and logging solutions
• Develop Grafana dashboards and implement dashboard-as-code
• Ensure SLI/SLO monitoring with recording rules
• Handle centralized logging using Loki, ELK, and Flunt Bit
• Contribute to AI/ML-driven monitoring and anomaly detection
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Kubernetes and modern observability tools
• Proficiency with Git Ops and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong skills in centralized logging methodologies
• Understanding of multi-tenancy and RBAC in observability
• Familiarity with AI/ML monitoring techniques
