Duties and Responsibilities Establish website design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Maintain the appearance of websites by applying consistent design and content standards.
Design visual imagery for websites and ensure consistency with the organization’s brand image.
Integrate features and functionalities into websites.
Create and optimize website content using graphics, database, animation, and other software.
Test website designs and make improvements to usability, visual presentation, and functionality.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in web design or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese.
Knowledge of WeChat Mini Programs, including their design requirements, functionality, and integration.
A solid understanding of website design principles, layout, typography, colour, and visual consistency.
Knowledge of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design principles.
Familiarity with responsive design and the ability to create layouts suitable for desktop and mobile devices.
Proficiency in graphic design and website prototyping tools.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Ability to create, update, and optimize website graphics and content.
Ability to test website designs, identify usability issues, and implement improvements.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
