Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients on business requirements and objectives
• Configure ARIEL® basic plan parameters and test results
• Implement software solutions tailored to client needs
• Conduct thorough system testing and troubleshoot issues
• Provide user training and support on new system functionalities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business Administration
• 1 year experience in software implementation and support
• Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities
