AWS Engineer

• AWS Architecture
  - Design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud solutions using EC2, Lambda, SSM, VPC, IAM, Cloud Watch, and related services.
• Infrastructure Automation
  - Build and maintain IaC using Terraform with reusable modules, state management, and CI/CD integration.
• Configuration & Systems Management
  - Implement automated patching, configuration, and remote management using AWS SSM.
• Version Control
  - Manage code repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows using Git.
• OS Administration
  - Perform system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Windows and Unix platforms.
• Security & Compliance
  - Implement cloud security controls, network segmentation, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Monitoring & Optimization
  - Set up observability dashboards, alerts, and performance tuning for cloud workloads.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  - Work closely with architecture, Dev Ops, and delivery teams to ensure smooth deployments and operational excellence.

We are offering between $110,000 - $120,000. Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
