Job Description Role:
Solution Engineer with (Git Hub Actions)
Location:
Halifax, NS (4 Days hybrid)
Fulltime
Job Description:
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience creating and debugging pipeline stages
• Strong understanding of build systems and project types (Maven, NPM, PyPi, .NET, MSBuild)
• Ability to write POM and Settings files from scratch
• Git Hub Actions workflows, execution, and runners
• Experience with tools:
Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Ops, Artifactory, Sonar Qube, Terraform, UCD, Ansible
• Jenkins pipelines (Declarative, Multibranch, Maven pipelines)
• Troubleshooting Jenkins failures and configuration issues
• Sonar Qube configuration and usage
• CD tools like Terraform, UCD
• Ansible for configuration and deployment
• Docker and containerization (Dockerfiles, commands)
• Kubernetes (clusters, name spaces, PV/PVC, Helm charts, kubectl deployments)
• Troubleshooting Kubernetes issues (pods, logs, nodes, events)
Education
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent experience
