Support Sage Intacct and Ramp administration from Halifax, resolving finance-system issues and coordinating integrations for US business operations.
The Finance Systems Administrator manages users, security, workflows, dimensions, and configuration across finance platforms. You will support Planful integrations, troubleshoot transactions and data flows, and coordinate resolution with Finance, IT, vendors, and business users. The work distinguishes technical issues from accounting matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sage Intacct users, access, dimensions, configuration, and records
- Support Ramp users, approval workflows, deployments, and post-launch needs
- Monitor integrations connecting Sage Intacct, Planful, and other platforms
- Escalate accounting, coding, and policy questions appropriately
- Maintain procedures, training materials, change logs, and audit evidence
- Experience administering finance, enterprise resource planning, or accounting systems
- Hands-on experience with workflows, master data, and integrations
- Experience supporting Sage Intacct, Ramp, Planful, or comparable platforms
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills
- Availability overlapping US business hours during critical reporting periods
