Support Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech users remotely as a Service Desk Analyst serving healthcare professionals and clinical staff.
NTT DATA seeks Service Desk professionals for its Provider Clinical Service Desk. You will troubleshoot application errors, workflow issues, access problems, and basic technical concerns. The work requires customer service, listening, documentation, and problem-solving skills in a 24x7x365 operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from healthcare professionals and clinical staff
Troubleshoot Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech applications
Document steps, resolutions, and information in ticketing systems
Resolve incidents or escalate complex issues appropriately
Follow procedures and service levels during incident handling
Requirements:
At least one year in Service Desk or related support
At least one year of technical troubleshooting experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong English communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
Availability for night, weekend, holiday, and flexible shifts
