Stantec’s Digital Practice Leader advances technology, process changes, and automation across the Energy & Resources Business Operating Unit. This individual contributor role guides digital transformation, supports business outcomes, and collaborates with innovation, information technology, and practice leaders. The position influences digital delivery, solution development, and practice support.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish Energy & Resources technology strategy
Assess digital initiatives, budgets, business cases, and return on investment
Lead governance, security, privacy, and transformation controls
Facilitate collaboration across business units and stakeholders
Develop digital standards, inventories, training, and change initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant practice area
Over seven years of professional experience
Comprehensive understanding of AEC digital technologies
Experience implementing enterprise-wide digital practice projects
Technical certifications relevant to the position
Shape Stantec’s Energy & Resources digital direction through strategic leadership, analytics, automation, and secure technology implementation.
