The AI Architect shapes and governs AXIS’s AI landscape across architecture, engineering, data, security, risk, and business teams. You will design enterprise solutions spanning generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and agent-based use cases. The work emphasizes reusable patterns, governance, integration, and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Design secure, scalable, resilient enterprise-grade AI architectures
Translate business needs into practical technical designs
Define reusable patterns, components, standards, and guardrails
Guide responsible AI, governance, testing, and lifecycle controls
Evaluate technologies and vendors through structured assessments
Requirements:
At least five years of relevant AI or architecture experience
Experience designing AI-enabled solutions across Azure and Databricks
Understanding of software engineering, APIs, data integration, and security
Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, MLOps, or LLMOps
Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly
Shape secure enterprise AI at AXIS Capital through architecture, governance, Azure, Databricks, and responsible innovation across initiatives.
