Senior Project Manager

Position: Senior Project Manager based job)

Job Description / Requirements   Minimum 7 years of direct Project Management experience, including leading large-scale projects and teams
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
IT background with Waterfall project delivery experience
Experience selecting/deploying new software or integrating existing systems
Strong knowledge of project management principles, standards, processes, tools, techniques, and methodologies
Experience proactively managing changes in project scope
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
High level of energy and engagement
Self-directed with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to build consensus among groups with different priorities

Experience with Quality Assurance and testing methodologies
Proficiency with project management software/tools
Strong awareness of privacy and confidentiality
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills while managing multiple initiatives
Assets   Project Management certification such as PMP or PgMP
