As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will own end-to-end Success Factors Learning delivery and lead client engagements. You will translate learning strategies into scalable solutions, advise on governance, compliance, and integrations, and mentor junior consultants. The role requires strategic thinking alongside technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Define learning strategies with clients and design scalable LMS solutions
Lead Learning configuration, deployment, and optimization
Manage requirements, solution design, testing, and deployment
Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations
Mentor junior consultants and contribute practice-development content
Requirements:
Six-plus years implementing SAP Success Factors
Deep expertise in Learning Management Systems
SAP Success Factors Learning certification
Consulting experience delivering complex client projects
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Bring SAP Success Factors Learning expertise, client leadership, and delivery discipline to EY’s HR Technology practice.
