Lead agile delivery for Cognizant’s life sciences manufacturing initiatives as a hybrid Consulting Manager and Scrum Master in Halifax.
This manager role combines business analysis with hands-on Scrum Master support. You will guide discovery, requirements definition, implementation readiness, and delivery across GMSx Manufacturing Workstream initiatives. Work closely with manufacturing experts, product owners, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead business-process discovery with manufacturing and digital stakeholders
- Translate operational needs into user stories and prioritized backlogs
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track dependencies, risks, decisions, issues, and delivery blockers
- Support testing, training readiness, and site deployment activities
- Business Analyst or Scrum Master experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of batch execution and shop-floor manufacturing workflows
- Experience documenting requirements for manufacturing digital solutions
- Hands-on agile delivery and backlog management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
