Life Insurance Service Advisor

Enhance policy management as an Associate Insurance Service Advisor with Scotiabank in Halifax, NS. You will act as a key support resource for licensed advisors in the Montreal and Quebec City regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support licensed advisors in policy management activities

• Train on software and best practices for servicing

• Proactively review policies and assess potential issues

• Manage orphaned policies and client relationships

• Facilitate connections with Insurance Consultants for new opportunities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of life insurance industry experience

• LLQP certification required

• Strong understanding of insurance carrier systems

• Excellent relationship management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
