As a key member of the Verify, Fraud & Financial Crime team, you will lead field and desk-based investigations for property claims. This role requires a deep understanding of property insurance and investigative practices to assess residential, commercial, and specialty losses. Your work will be critical in identifying fraudulent activities and contributing to effective risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field and desk investigations for complex property claims

• Conduct thorough site inspections and interviews

• Analyze documentation and evidence for fraud detection

• Collaborate with various units, including Claims and Underwriting

• Supervise external investigation vendors and assess evidence sufficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years in investigations and large loss claims

• Strong knowledge of Property Claims and insurance processes

• Experience with field investigations and legal compliance

• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

• Valid driver's license and insurance licensing as required
