This crucial role encompasses providing technical guidance on various high-complexity claims, fostering consistent claims handling standards, and driving ongoing improvements in processing techniques. You will mentor adjusters and collaborate with a range of internal and external partners to deliver optimal claim outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide technical aspects of complex commercial claims
• Conduct coverage analysis and policy interpretations
• Enhance claims handling through best practices
• Coach adjusters in case management and reviews
• Initiate improvements based on operational trends
Requirements:
• 5–10 years in Property and Casualty insurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of coverage wordings and regulations
• Completed CIP designation or comparable experience
• Willingness to travel within Canada
