As the Manager, Claims - MGA, you will oversee the national MGA claims portfolio and provide strategic leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee MGA Claims Department operations and ensure adherence to policies

• Manage the lifecycle of complex MGA-related claims

• Recruit and develop MGA Claims professionals for optimal performance

• Collaborate on business plans and budgets with senior management

• Monitor claim expenses to ensure financial oversight

Requirements:

• CIP or FCIP designation is required

• 10+ years of progressive claims experience

• Proven strategic and operational management skills
