Ideal candidates will have varying levels of experience consulting on pension design and valuation, with continued mentorship opportunities for junior team members. This role includes fostering client relationships and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on DB plan design and risk management

• Build client relationships tailored to your experience

• Mentor junior consultants and manage project delivery

• Support RFP development and thought leadership initiatives

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience for senior roles

• Knowledge of Canadian pension legislation and standards

• Degree in Actuarial Science or related field

• Progress towards FCIA designation

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
