In this term role, you'll support the Business Registration Unit and Access Nova Scotia Offices by coordinating service delivery and implementing effective processes. Your responsibilities will include managing user access, inventory, and providing technical guidance to enhance program outcomes. Strong organizational skills and experience in quality assurance are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user access controls for team onboarding
• Oversee inventory management using STOR best practices
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for programs
• Assist in improving processes for effective program delivery
• Draft communications and develop training materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a project environment
• Ability to prioritize high-volume tasks
