Material Supply Team Supervisor

Spearhead supply operations as a Material Supply Team Supervisor, ensuring optimal inventory levels. Lead training and manage requisition processes to meet operational requirements efficiently.

This role calls for an experienced leader in supply chain management with at least five years’ experience. You will supervise the Material Supply Team, providing training on operational procedures, while maintaining inventory that meets critical operational needs. Additionally, you will compile shortage reports, coordinating with suppliers for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage Material Supply Team activities

• Train personnel on inventory management procedures

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and fill rates

• Compile reports on material shortages and resolve issues

• Expedite requisitions for high-priority materials

Requirements:

• Degree in supply chain management or equivalent

• Five years of progressive experience in the field

• Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Eligibility for necessary Canadian and U.S. security clearances
