Project Management Specialist in Aerospace

In this pivotal role reporting to the CMLU GSM Project Manager, you will support the induction of Government Supplied Material and ensure project requirements are met on time. Candidates should possess a strong background in supply chain processes within the aviation industry to facilitate program success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule the removal of components for timely deliveries

• Assist the GSM Project Manager in overall program management

• Coordinate with Engineering for modifications

• Manage purchase order tracking with ISS material team

• Communicate effectively with Department of National Defense staff

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of logistics experience in aerospace

• Business-related College Diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with financial forecasting

• Experience with MS Project and ERP systems

• Eligibility for necessary security clearances
