Materials Management Leader in Aerospace

In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director of Manufacturing Operations and take ownership of material flow, inventory integrity, and logistics processes. Your leadership will ensure timely material availability, empowering manufacturing teams to meet production commitments. You will be a key player in establishing meaningful KPIs and developing scalable processes while collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach teams in inventory control and material handling

• Establish effective inventory controls and financial oversight

• Oversee logistics and compliance for material shipments

• Implement Lean principles for operational improvements

• Present performance metrics to senior leadership for alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field

• 7+ years in materials and operations management roles

• Experienced in aerospace industry and ERP systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to hold security clearance
