Universal Realty Group seeks a detail-oriented Senior Purchaser to enhance its procurement team. This position requires expertise in material management and contract negotiations. You’ll lead RFQ processes, manage contractor relationships, and oversee purchasing projects to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute RFQs and compare supplier pricing
• Negotiate maintenance and purchase contracts
• Lead procurement projects as assigned by management
• Collaborate with teams during weekly reports and regular huddles
• Utilize Yardi systems for contract preparation
Requirements:
• Education in Supply Chain Management or relevant experience
• 3-5 years of procurement experience
• MS Office proficiency, Yardi knowledge preferred
• Proven negotiation and analytical capabilities
• Commitment to market trend awareness
