As the Logistics Coordinator, reporting directly to the Manager of CH149 Warehouse Operations, you will be responsible for the execution of duties related to material handling in support of the CROSS contract. Your expertise will facilitate the shipping, receiving, and warehousing processes that keep the Cormorant helicopters mission-ready, crucial for Search and Rescue operations across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify discrepancies related to CROSS contract

• Conduct inspections of incoming parts and supplies

• Handle communications with customers effectively

• Prepare shipments and relevant transportation documents

• Document and maintain detailed inventory records

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 and three years of related experience

• Understanding of material control processes

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems

• Ability to operate material handling equipment
