Material Management Lead at IMP

Become a pivotal part of IMP Aerospace & Defence as a Material Management Lead, overseeing material strategies for aircraft projects. Your logistics expertise will directly influence project timelines.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Material Planning, you will manage material necessities with your project team and facilitate enhancements in material delivery processes.

Your role involves communication with vendors, internal teams, and customers, aimed at optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with material branches for seamless support

• Ensure timely communication of project-related material needs

• Review inventory levels and recommend adjustments

• Capture lessons learned from materials workflows

• Conduct root-cause investigations on recurring supply issues

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of industry experience in supply chain

• Diploma in business studies or equivalent training

• Proficient in the MS Office Suite

• Knowledge of Canadian Forces Supply System beneficial

• Must meet all security clearance requirements
